Order Issues

Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to it. Alternatively, if the product has not yet been processed by our shipping department, we may cancel the order. Please keep in mind that after the item has begun processing, the order cannot be canceled since the product is being prepared for distribution.

We can only cancel orders before they are sent to our shipping department for processing. An order can no longer be canceled or refunded after it has been processed for shipment. You have the option to decline the package at the time of delivery if required. We would gladly amend or cancel and refund your purchase once we receive it back at our facilities.

If you suspect an item in your purchase is missing or inaccurate, please contact us right away and we’ll take care of it. Please provide your order number, as well as photographs of your invoice and the items you got. In the case of the invoice, please provide us a full photograph of the whole document, including all content. Following our assessment of the email, we will issue you a free prepaid return label to return the item to us in exchange for the proper goods.

Please note that all “Dead on Arrivals” (DOA), Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48-hours from the time of delivery. Please ensure to carefully inspect your items upon receiving the package, as it is the responsibility of the recipient to check the contents of the order within the designated time window, and to notify us if any issues are found.

If you confirm that the mailing address on your purchase is inaccurate or wrong, contact DHL to arrange for mail forwarding or pick-up at your local post office. If the tracking history of your purchase reveals that the courier returned your shipment to the original sender, we will be able to make the appropriate changes to your order once it arrives at our facility. Please email us with your changed shipping address, and we will update your shipping address on file.

If you see a Processing on your account, it is important to note that this is not an actual charge. Since the card was declined, we were unable to receive any payments from you. If you received a confirmation page with a provided Order Number and received a confirmation email, your order is confirmed and successfully placed.

If an item you ordered is discovered to be out of stock during the fulfillment process, a member of our customer service team will contact you right away to enquire about a possible substitute.
